Non road construction equipment should have the carbon tax reduction by 50 percent. The carbon tax on road trucks should have 50 percent put into a fund to improve road intersection and build truck parking area with bathrooms and wi fi a t v room at least 3 showers and a building that can provide medical care or a shuttle to a hospital paid for by the carbon tax. On the driver inc numbers I am seeing mostly new foreign students and other that were sponsored by large trucking companies get their training and P R . These drivers then signed lease agreement to get a tractor and set up a corp . We will have large numbers of lease and owner ops leave like the U K did it is believe that 5000 to 10 0000 will marry a woman from the U S and move there. Many other ( 20 000) or more will get different jobs . We now have over 40 000 lease ops in Canada by a study by a nonprofit group. We should bring the the California labour rules if they want to end driver inc along with hourly rates
