Arsenault Associates has released version 3.3 of its Dossier32 fleet maintenance management software. The update adds features to automate daily fleet maintenance administrative functions

A “daily reminder” feature automatically tracks and reports scheduled preventive maintenance service that’s due or past due, work that is pending, work orders in progress, parts in need of reorder, and parts on back-order. It also automatically tips you off about equipment licence, registration, and permit expirations; insurance renewals; and mechanic certification updates. The software will notify you of parts or service warranties while entering repair orders and can also produce warranty labels. You can track the average cost and time to perform a particular type of repair or component based on the fleet’s actual repair history-a simple and immediate way to measure current performance of maintenance services and costs.
